He is survived by: his wife Dolores Mendolia; his children, Joseph Mendolia, Gail Tedeschi and Audie Parker; and his sister Lila. He is also survived by three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Bedell Pizzo Funeral Home (7447 Amboy Rd, Staten Island, NY 10307). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Thomas the Apostle RC Church (6135 Amboy Rd, Staten Island, NY 10309).
