He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, John Vachon Jr. (Andrea) and Jill Witcoski (Chuck Witcoski); his grandchildren, Carolyn Vachon, John Vachon III and Lindsay Vachon; his brother Donald Vachon; his sister-in-law Dolly; his sister Pat; his brother-in-law Jim; his sister Valerie; and his siblings-in-law, Marie Goffredo and Albert Burlando.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals, Inc. (28 Eltingville Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10312). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Thomas the Apostle Church (6135 Amboy Rd, Staten Island, NY 10309).
