She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Menichella and Patricia Menichella; and her siblings, Patricia Menichella and Dan Menichella (Mary Ann). She is survived by: her husband Dr. Sam Acquafredda; her daughters, Dr. Donna Acquafredda (Eugene Holuka) and Grace Acquafredda; her sister Patricia Brennan (James); and her grandchildren, Gregory Holuka, Dr. Jonathan Holuka, Sarah Boyle, Zachary Holuka, Erin Boyle and Jack Boyle. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St Christopher Roman Catholic Church (130 Midland Ave, Staten Island, NY 10306). An entombment was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Moravian Cemetery (2205 Richmond Rd, Staten Island, NY 10306).
