He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemary; his parents, John and Emma; his siblings, Helen (Pulgliese), Edith (Raffone), Emma and John (Lillian); his daughter Marylynn (Cellamare); and his grandson Kenneth Lakeman.

He is survived by: his sons, George Jr. (Joni) of Monroe Township, NJ, Thomas (Maria) of Tom's River, NJ and David (Veronica) of Port Richmond; his grandchildren, Thomas DeMarco, Paul Cellamare (Shannon) and Justine; and his great grandchild Leo.
