Though Frances may no longer walk among us, their spirit lives on in the memories held dear by their family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Scarpaci Funeral Home of Staten Island (6389 Amboy Rd, Staten Island, NY 10309). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 9:45 AM at the St. Clare's Church (110 Nelson Ave, Staten Island, NY 10308).
