She was predeceased by: her father Frank LaDonna; and her brother John. She is survived by: her husband Fred; her children, David and Allison; her mother Margaret LaDonna; and her brother Frank LaDonna. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Donna's memory may be made to Edmundite Missions.
