It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Degroat-Daley (Staten Island, New York), who passed away on January 18, 2019, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Raymond Daley; her son Justin; her mother Marie Byrd of Staten Island; her sisters, Dianne Gittens (Kirk) of Delaware and Dawn DeVeaux (Edmund) of New Jersey; her aunt Virginia Ragsdale; her cousins, Ronald of New Jersey and Kevin Moore of New Jersey; her nieces, Ashley Wilson (Jason), Bryana and Abrielle DeVeaux; her great-nephews, Ezra and Nehemiah; and her great-niece Esther.
