As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Catherine may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Vincent Baratta; her daughters, Gina and Paula; and her grandson Gary.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (2819 Hylan Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10306). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 9:15 AM at the St. Charles Church (200 Penn Ave, Staten Island, NY 10306).
In lieu of flowers and mass cards all donations may go to the Alzheimer's Association.
