She is survived by: her husband Donald Chyla; her daughters, Melissa Chyla, Lori Ross and Michele Rodriguez; her grandchildren, Cooper, Joseph, Nicholas, Theresa, Evan, Eddie and Lucy; her siblings, James Formisano and Diane Berardi; and her sons-in-law, Joseph Rodriguez and Adam Ross.
