He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Pryce and Beatrice Pryce (Crump); and his brothers, Raymond Pryce Jr. and Fran Pryce. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Briggs; his children, Karl Pryce Sr. (Ethel) of Star Lake and Diana Kirkpatrick (Bill) of Elyria, OH; his grandchildren, Joy (Alex), Jill, Patrick (Natasha), Billy, Garrett and Emily; his great grandchildren, Allie, Zack, Josh and Karl III; and his sister Shirley Robinson of Canton, NY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to our current pandemic, a funeral mass will be held at St. Hubert' s Church in Star Lake in the spring.
