It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Frey (Stanley, New York), born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on May 29, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband John Frey Jr; her children, Barbara Philbrick and David Card (Hannah); her stepchildren, Jenny Teeter and Jason Frey; her siblings, Susan Lenander (Kevin) and David Alley; and also, John and Joanne.
