He was predeceased by : his parents, John Battistoni and Kathleen Battistoni (Boyles). He is survived by : his children, Lori Conklin (Edward) of Parsonsburg, MD, Debra MacElveen (Gary) of Poughkeepsie, Mark Battistoni (Catherine) of Millbrook and Carol Waldschmidt (Eric) of Verbank; his grandchildren, Christofer, John, William, Joseph, Daniel, Nicole, Joseph B., Ema, Samuel and Anna; his great grandchildren, Giovanni, Lillianna, Aaliyah and Talia; his brother Richard; and his sister-in-law Betty Battistoni. He is also survived by one niece and three nephews.
