He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bushnell and Hazel Bushnell (Brown); his siblings, George, Robert, Samuel Bushnell and Adele Bushnell; and his sister-in-law Effie Bushnell.

He is survived by: his wife Audrey Camburn; and his brothers, Ralph Bushnell (June) and Louis Bushnell. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
