With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frieda Bloodgood of Stanfordville, New York, who passed away on August 18, 2024 at the age of 104. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Heinchrich Rau and Christine Rau (Knodel); her husband Clarence Bloodgood; and her sons, Charles (Connie) and Eugene Bloodgood (Kim).
She is survived by: her son John (Ellen Bloodgood) of South Carolina; her grandchildren, Jason Bloodgood (Katie), Keith Hegarty (Kelly), Heidi Bathrick (Kenny) and Eugene Bloodgood (Cady); and her great grandchildren, Reagan, Declan, McKenna, Kyler, Alyssa, Liam, Emma, Wyatt, Kimberly, Lara, Emmet, Julia, Estelle, Ava, Zoe, Cole, Ryder, Keegan, Carter, Corbin, Ellis and John.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Frieda's memory may be made to St. Judes Children's research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee, 38105.
