He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank C. Elsbree Sr. and Malone Elsbree (Shook); and his brother Carter J. Elsbree. He is survived by: his daughter Laura Blanchard (William); his granddaughter Megan Blanchard; his sisters, Mary Scribner (Cliff) and Marie Knapp (Michael); his nephews, Michael Knapp Jr. and Daniel Scribner; and his former wife Shirley Brandt.
