It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Battistoni of Stanfordville, New York, born in Poughkeepsie, New York, who passed away on November 17, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Grant and Barbara Grant (Place); and her sister Glenda Brandt. She is survived by: her father-in-law John Battistoni; her children, Lori Conklin (Edward) of Parsonsburg, MD, Debra MacElveen (Gary) of Poughkeepsie, Mark Battistoni (Catherine) of Millbrook and Carol Waldschmidt (Eric) of Verbank, NY.; her grandchildren, Christofer Conklin (Susan), John MacElveen (Lisa Pedevillano), William MacElveen (Elise), Joseph MacElveen (Samantha), Daniel MacElveen (Rhianna Blake), Nicole Miller (Charles), Joseph Battistoni, Ema Waldschmidt (Adam Dias), Samuel Waldschmidt (Nicole Kennedy) and Anna Waldschmidt (Kyle Apel); her great grandchild Giovanni MacElveen; her brother Richard; and her sister-in-law Betty Battistoni. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
