We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2023, at the age of 101, Flora Thieme-Trappenburg of Stamford, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willem L. Thieme and Gerdina J. Thieme (Kaptein). She is survived by: her children, Cornelis Trappenburg (Yolanda) of Punta Gorda, FL, Johanna Tordai of Cobleskill, NY, Pieter Trappenburg of Spring Hill, FL and Liesbeth Trappenburg of Stamford, NY; and her grandchildren, H. Stephan, Carey Trappenburg (Sable Eldridge), Kristina (Koral-Tordai) and Laszlo Tordai (Dahiana). She is also survived by her ten great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
