He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fancher and Doris Fancher (Germond); his daughter Marcy Fancher; his grandson Steven Dylan Fancher; and his brother Randy Fancher.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Fancher (Mattice) of Stamford; his children, Steven Fancher of Stamford, Christina Fancher of East Meredith, William Fancher (Jody) of Stamford, Matthew Fancher of Stamford and Shawna Fancher (Frederick Gardener) of Harpersfield; and his siblings, Diane Williams (Jim) of Conesville and Daniel Fancher (Tammy) of South Kortright. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
