He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Alexander and Magdalen Marth Powell (Riedel). He is survived by: his wife Tina Marie Memoli; his daughters, Jessica Powell (Nathaniel Martin) of Poughkeepsie, NY and Keri Powell (Henry Masten) of Staatsburg, NY; his granddaughters, Delila Martin and Amelia Powell; his brother Ricky Powell of Florida; his niece Joanie Newman-Mark; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jordan and Ava; his former wife Tina Marie Powell; and his close friend Susie Gayz.
