She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Bauer and Agnes Bauer (Cunningham); her husband Daniel MacLay; her daughter Deborah MacLay; her grandson David MacLay; and her siblings, John, Phil, Mike, Joe, Donald, Jimmy Bauer, Mary Bauer Barola and Barbara Perry.
She is survived by: her sons, Daniel (Kelley) of New Milford, CT, Michael (Maureen) of Pawling and Matthew MacLay of Staatsburg, NY; and her grandchildren, Chelsea, Lindsey, Jody, Jaime and William. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
