He is survived by: his wife Carol Page; his grandchildren, Alex Smith (Kristen), Ben Smith, Erica Tidd (Andy) and Kayley Pettinger (Rob Clark); his siblings, Reggie Page (MaryLee) and Patricia Fitzpatrick; his great grandchildren, Noah, Amelia Smith, Lucas and Cora Tidd; and also Wally.
