He is survived by: his wife Tammy Payne (Horcsog); his children, Amanda Payne (Dennis Richardson Jr.), Sandy and Stanley Payne Jr.; his siblings, Eldon Payne (Kathy), George Payne (Noreen), Dena Tokaya (Ray), Deckla Payne (Sam Hill) and Darla Eldred (Alan); his brother-in-law Richard Davenport; and his grandchildren, Brianna, Gwen Richardson, William IV and Alivea Barnum.
