He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurlow Holden and Doris Elizabeth Holden (Swartz); and his sister Marsha Anne Holden. He is survived by: his wife Betty Shader; his sons-in-law, Michael, Mark and Billy; his daughters, Yvonne Stephenson (Michael), Vickie Orgar (Mark) and Valcia Holden-Taylor (Billy); and his grandchildren, Trevor Holden Stephenson (Aubrey), Annie Elizabeth-Rose Stephenson, Eden Mae Marie Stephenson, Charles Ernest Orgar and Oliver Michael Christian Taylor. He is also survived by his sister-in law and brother-in-law, a niece, nephew and cousins.
