Deborah (Ocoyne) K. Mulligan Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2024, at the age of 65, Deborah (Ocoyne) K. Mulligan of Springwater, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyril O'Coyne and Jacquline O'Coyne (Banwell); and her sister Jill M. Owens. She is survived by: her husband Michael K. Mulligan; her son Kevin M. Mulligan; her sister Sandra A. Loudin; and her nieces and nephews, Jessica Randall, Nicole Stefano-Smith, Tammy Conley, Elizabeth Curran, Donly Northrop, Jim Kingsley and AJ Ingerick.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Hemlock Sportsman Club (4883 S Main St, Hemlock, NY 14486).
Debbie made the decision to donate her body to the University of Rochester Anatomical Program, in the hopes that one day she could help someone else suffering from cancer.
