She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Marks and Marie Marks (Lange); her daughter Tina; her sister Dorothy Schmitz; and her great grandchild Madison Allen.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Starcher of Wayland; her children, Cindy Hammond (Robert) of Bath, John Ruscitto of Springwater, Diane Lodge (Scott) of Summerville, SC, James III Ruscitto (Linda) of Wayland and Amy Ruscitto of Victor; and her stepchildren, Carol Starcher of Bath and Robert Starcher (Sue) of York, SC. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great- grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
