He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Evans and Ruth Evans; his siblings, Lori Kirsch (late Richard), Rita Schunke (late Alan) and James Evans; and his brother-in-law Ronald Hutchings.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Evans; his children, William R. Evans (Paige) of Springville, Marilee Evans Arriaga (Kenneth Punnett) of West Falls and Jill Evans Blackwell of Sarasota, FL; his grandchildren, Jesse Blackwell (Kelsey), Amanda Blackwell (Joe Ando), Jonathan, Katherine, Christian and Jorielle Arriaga; his great grandchild Jaelynn; his siblings, Nancy Hutchings of Fairport and David Evans (Rene) of Delhi; and his sister-in-law Margaret Evans of Wellsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
