He is survived by: his mother Margaret Cieszynski of Springville; his sons, Jacob and Evan Cieszynski of Collins Center; his siblings, Charlotte Cieszynski of Springville, Sally Cieszynski of Springville, Elizabeth Beaver of Salamanca and Edward Cieszynski of Springville; and his nephews, Jeremiah, Travis, Taylor and Austin.
