He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Wick and Joan Wick (Crandall). He is survived by: his wife Lois Westfall; his children, Jason Wick of East Otto and Jaime Shultz (Thomas) of Springville; his siblings, Gerald Wick of Pennsylvania, Douglas Wick (Kathy) of Pennsylvania, Ronald Wick (Stephanie) of Springville, Valerie Bishop (Guy) of Boston, NY, Venessa Folts (Rodney) of Pennsylvania, Vivian Boundy (Howard) of Springville and Tina Anderson of South Carolina; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Amber, Anthony, Dillon and Ryan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
