He was predeceased by: his parents, Duayne Osborne and Irene Osborne (Nee Buchholz). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Osborne; his children, Suzanne Dawley (Michael Hoppel), Rachele Genberg (Bob), Jeffrey Hebner, Richard Brown and Andrew Osborne (Fran); and his brother Robert Osborne.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hoy Funeral Home (3855 Seneca St, West Seneca, NY 14224). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
