He was predeceased by: his parents, William Codd and Cornelia Codd; and his sisters, Helen Sherman and Betty Ruth Koch. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Codd; and his children, Jeffrey Codd (Martha) of West Valley, Linda Bunnell (Duane) of East Concord and Kim Gerwitz (Michael) of West Valley. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
