He is survived by: his parent Ethel Fornes; his wife Patricia Fornes; and his children, Kevin Fornes (Heidi) of Springville, Kim Fornes of Williamsville, Mark Fornes (Jeanne) of Springville, Mary Lee Fornes of Springville and Kelly Milbrand (Rob) of Springville. He is also survived by six grandchildren; a great-granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
