He was predeceased by: his parents, John Parsons and Jennie Parsons of Springville; and his wife Alice Parsons. He is survived by: his children, David Parsons (Nita), Mark Parsons (Jan) and Debbie Kramer (Bruce). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church of Waunakee.
