He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph D. Hoelscher and Elvira Hoelscher; and his brother Gary Hoelscher. He is survived by: his wife Janet Hoelscher; his daughters, Emilee Fraser (Cameron) of West Valley and Hannah Hoelscher of Springville; and his siblings, Gordon Hoelscher of Eden, Joseph Hoelscher (Marilyn) of Eden and Doris Hoffman (Kenneth) of Springville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
