He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy; his stepsister Sharon Louise Proctor; and also Dottie. He is survived by: his sons, Duncan Proctor (Catherine) of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico Proctor and Justin Proctor (Marisol Mata) of Raleigh, NC; his father William Proctor of Springville; his grandchildren, Maximus and Sylvia; his brother Randall Proctor of Arlington, VA; and his stepsister Sandra Anzalone (James) of Lawtons.
