He was predeceased by: his parents, Emanuel Fliegel and Edith Fliegel (Lerner). He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Eric Fliegel (Jackie), Wendy Greenfield (David), Jill Kaplan (Steven) and David Kaufman (Hilary); and his sisters, Phyllis Komansky and Judy Holod (Mark). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
