He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Pollack and Helen Kolcon Pollack; his wife Shirley Simpson Pollack; his son Tom Pollack; and his siblings, John Pollack, Joe Pollack, Mary Fusselman and Susan Pollack.
He is survived by: his sister Irene Tiesler; and his children, Michael Pollack (Teena), Paul Pollack, Diane Pollack-Hoffman, Teresa Gottshal (Al), Helen Hobart (late Ron), Geoffrey Pollack (Theresa), Mark Pollack (late Dawn) and Rodney Pollack. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
