He was predeceased by: his brothers, Bernie and Henry Thaxton; and his grandson Christopher Thaxton. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Thaxton (Branche); his children, Lance, Todd (Veronica), Jennifer and Kendra Williams (Enzo); his grandchildren, Courtney Thaxton, Nathaniel Thaxton, Matthew Thaxton and Joshua Williams; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Morgan, Austin Conjura and Roman Thaxton; and his siblings, George Albert and Carrie Crump (Freddie).
