He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Anthony and Elizabeth Belowch Sr. (Wood); his parents-in-law, Louis Sarrel and Frances Kaufman Sarrel; his sister Joan Gannon; his parents-in-law, Seymour Sarrel, Enid Sarrel, Robert Sarrel, Charles Sarrel and Helen Sarrel; his niece Carolyn Spohler; and his nephews, Bart Sarrel and Louis Sarrel (Marla).

He is survived by: his wife Caren Gail Sarrel Belowch; his children, Edward Joseph Hayes (Heather LoPresti), Todd Edward Belowch (Amy LaBelle Belowch) and Gina Leigh Belowch; his grandchildren, Cooper Owen Belowch and Cody Oliver Belowch; his nieces and nephews, Robert Spohler, Chuck Gannon, Debbie Spohler Wilson, Ronald Sarrel (Gina), Lloyd Sarrel (Keely), Fran Sarrel, Rachel Sarrel Schmeltz (David) and Michelle Feingold; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Wade Boucher, Dylan Spohler, Renee Spohler, Michael Gattuso, Jessie Wilson, Eric Sarrel, Jacob Sarrel, Julia Sarrel, Ava Sarrel, Matthew Sarrel, Erin Schmeltz and Sarah Schmeltz.
