She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward W. Tice, Sr. and Dorothy Aileen McMurtrie Tice; her son Heath Ward Irwin; and her brother-in-law Richard D. Irwin. She is survived by: her husband Ronald LeRoy Irwin; her sons, Daniel Ward Irwin (Patricia Thomas) of Cleveland, TN and James Russell Irwin (Tricia) of Huguenot, NY; her brother Ward W. Tice, Jr. (Lorna) of Walden, NY; her siblings-in-law, Albert Irwin, Jr. of New Windsor, NY and Beverly Stuhmer (Raymond) of Montgomery, NY; her grandchildren, Shannon Plaza (Joe), Victoria Irwin, Justin Irwin, Christopher Irwin, Erica Martzen, Anthony Irwin, Rosamaria Irwin, Adrianna Irwin, Emily Gardner and Zachary Irwin; her great grandchild Auria; and her son Charles Wallack (Jody). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a close friend.
