She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Kwiatkowski and Mary Kwiatkowski. She is survived by: her brothers, Daniel and Christopher Kwiatkowski.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 1st at 10 am at St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church, 6441 Seneca St., Spring Brook NY 14140 where memorials may be made in lieu of flowers.
