She was predeceased by: her parents, Milo Cook and Mildred Giddings Cook. She is survived by: her husband Neil Failing; her children, Neil Jr. (Darlene Failing), George Failing, David (Melissa Failing) and Christina (Rick Lippman); and her sister Gail Dicks. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; many great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren; and nieces, nephews and cousins.
