Summerfield of Howes Caves, NY; his siblings, Brendon Summerfield, Isabella Summerfield, Damien Florian and Ava-Rose Florian of Salisbury Center, NY; his grandmothers, Larania Gilchrist of Salisbury Center, NY and Mary Summerfield of Nevada; his aunt Carrie King (Sal DeAngelo) of Amsterdam, NY; his uncles, Jason Gilchrist (Jay-Buddy) and Mark (Brigid Falcone) of Buffalo, NY; his close friends, Mathew, Joshua Boston and Charles; and also Daniel Florian of Salisbury Center, NY. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
