We are sad to announce that on November 1, 2020, at the age of 90, John Richard Dunne of Spencertown, New York, born in Baldwin, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Maher Dunne; his children, Joanne Dunne Murphy (Thomas) of Old Chatham, Peter Dunne (Wendy) of Paget, Bermuda and Timothy Dunne (Hilary Dunne Ferrone) of Spencertown; and his grandchildren, Thomas, Jack, Eryl Murphy, Emily, Julia, Margaret Dunne, Aoife Dunne, Sam and Fiona Ferrone.
In lieu of flowers, gifts to honor his legacy may be made to The John R. Dunne Fund of the New York Bar Foundation (1 Elk Street, Albany, NY 12207) which provides funding for legal services to the families and children of indigent prisoners.
