He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia. He is survived by: his children, Marc (Kris), Elisha Kasinskas (Darius) and Michele White (Tony); his grandchildren, Cristen, Adam, Tom, Libby, Larissa and Grace; and his great grandchildren, Parker and Graham.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Calvary Chapel of the Westside.
