He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis [Nacca] Cassara; his parents, Francesca Cassara and Francesco Cassara; his parents-in-law, Frances and Thomas Nacca; and his sister-in-law Annette M. Nacca.
He is survived by: his children, Catherine Costanza (James), Karen Muscatella (James) and Frank M. Cassara; and his grandchildren, James Phillip Muscatella, Anthony T. Muscatella (Lillian Belokur) and Natalie A. Costanza. He is also survived by cousins and dear friends.
