He is survived by: his wife Lynne Mullins (Knab); his children, Julie Michalko (Ron) and John Jr. Mullins (Annette); his grandchildren, Jason Mullins (Melanie), Nicholas Rusin, John Fuller (Andrea), Kirstie Harvey (Daniel) and Garrett Rusin (Valerie); his great grandchildren, Joshua, Garrett, LeLe, Jada Lynn, Kendra, Isaiah, Eloise, Sebastian, Jax and Leland; his brother Robert Mullins (Kathe Banks); and his siblings-in-law, Lucinda, Dawn, Lani, Luana, Arthur (Pamela), Renee (David), Jason (Mary), Jeannie and Frank. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins & dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Gates Volunteer Ambulance, 1001 Elmgrove Rd., Rochester, NY 14606.
