He is survived by: his wife Linda Zurick (Gales); his children, Lori Zurick (Michael Pierce) and David Zurick; and his siblings, James Zurick (Rosemary), Raymond Zurick (Carol), Martha Moats Zurick (Omer) and Candace Girardi (Michael).
