He is survived by: his children, Patricia Polcyn (Diane), Susan Polcyn-Dorgan, Rich Polcyn (Kelly), Jean-Marie Conrad (Mark), John Short (Lindsay), Lisa Tyson (Doug), Marcy Short and Stephen Short (Michelle); his grandchildren, Jordan, Jacob Polcyn-Evans, Ryan, Grace Dorgan, Ryley, Alexa Polcyn, Joshua, Tyler Conrad, Camryn, Avery Short, Ashley, Andrea Grebner, Jason, Jon, Caleb, Mckenzie Babcock, Alex and Matthew Short; his great grandchildren, Max, Madeline, Lyanna, Addie, Kayden, Liam and Illa Mae; and his siblings, Shirley and Stewart.
