She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Stevens and Eleanor Stevens (Henzel); her husband Thomas F. Carter Sr.; and her son-in-law Ron White. She is survived by: her children, Vicky Boehm (Marty), Debbie White and Tom Carter Jr. (Lisa); her daughter-in-law Angel Lowery; her grandchildren, Ron White (Kate), Laura Boehm, Alyssa Swaney (Josh), Cyan Carter, Taryn Carter and Brieanna Carter; her great grandchildren, Ryan, Hannah White, Landon and Emma Swaney; and her friend Priscilla Beeman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
