He was predeceased by: his parents, Erma Jane Feeney and Vernon Feeney. He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his children, Noelle Burley (Chris) and David Feeney (Jennifer); his granddaughters, Sarah, Emily and Ashley; and his siblings, Tim (Marica Letky), Susan Schleyer (Jack), Greg and Christopher. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
